His inactivity has in part to do with the fight being delayed.

The fight was supposed to be in November, then December, then January, then March, and now April.

Yea, but still... both men haven't fought since Feb of last year! I thought at least Arreola would be more active taking on smaller fights since he was making a bigger push to get into better shape.
