While I too thought Canelo won, the last persons opinion who I would put any value on is Larry Merchant!

Class act that he is, Trout admitted he lost, fair and square, no excuses. He said Canelo was a better fighter than he was last night and gave Canelo full credit for being a very good fighter. It's too bad the Canelo haters can't just believe Trout when he says he lost the fight. One of those judges was a WBA judge, not a WBC judge. If a WBA judge show any favoritism it would be toward Trout. The judge that had the huge points win for Canelo was either blind or payed off.
