Canelo didn't dominate last night, and looked less than impressive a lot of the fight. Let Canelo prove his worth fighting the Lara/Angulo winner too.

Yea I wouldn't like that fight at all. I wasn't a Canelo fan before last night cuz in the past Canelo picked on the little guys, Floyd should be fighting WW's and SWW's.

Canelo holds 2 belts at 154 right now, a Mayweather fight would be for 3 belts/all the marbles. It would be huge mega fight right now, they both have huge fan bases..

Floyd can fight Canelo next and beat him trout exposed a lot of flaws against a big young fighter in the same weight class Canelo didn't look so dominant like he has against smaller guys which is understandable but he needs to fix his foot work and stop throwing slow loopy punches

The minute this fights signed Canelo would be a cherry picked fight.

A unification fight with 3 belts on the line would be considered a cherrypick? Think that one over.

The Racket Squad: Canelo Has Made MeA Believer 'No Doubt!'

I picked Austin and stated that if Alvarez could defeat him, I would become a Saul supporter.

Both men displayed grit, determination and high octane skill but Canelo was indeed the better cat last night due to power, footwork and speed that has improved to a dramatic level.

So, I'm on board and I wish to make this point and this chant loud and clear.

Should F.M get past The Ghost, 'Ginger will no doubt break the 0 because Floyd needs to go'.

            Nuff Said.

If Floyd fights at 154 again it needs to be against Martinez not Canelo

Well I agree Canelo has to continue to improve but lets no ignore how much Canelo's defense improved this fight. Previous fights he had little to no head movement and was taking some punishment. But last night he looked completely different and even Trout seemed shocked by his improvements.

Thats really good it would be for the undisputed title, that fight has to happen now.

Martinez has a contractual obligation to HBO. Floyd has a contractual obligation to Showtime. Any fight between them is now impossible.

It would be because anybody Floyd fights is considered cherrypicked. I think loyd should fight him now if he's gonna fight him because Floyd is getting older and slower. But I don't like the weight difference between the two. I would much rather see Floyd against ww and jr. ww, while Canelo fight maybe once more at 154 and then start fighting the best at 160. In a few years, after the top dogs at 168 have moved on, he can start fighting at 168. He would have fully grown into that weight class, gotten more experienced and wouldn't have to fight guys like Ward, Froch, Kessler, etc.
