i can't belive how people can defend PBF when he backed out of fighting him to begin with ? pbf is gonna retire with that 0 no matter how poor it makes him look to the boxing fans . to be a great skilled fighter and he is , he is a scared little girl about getting that cherry popped . his legacy is he is a punk that ducks real competition

I agree. People say that Floyd is scared. This is why we have weight classes. It didn't use to be like this. In my opinion, if a fighter actually weights 2 weight classes above the weigth class that they are fighting in, then they are the ones that cherry-picking. Floyd would have to gain a few pounds to be at around 152 for a 154 pound fight, while Canelo would be at 172 easy.

Tell Canelo to fight Martinez or Ward...hell he was 172lbs last night, no excuses.

Not sure why so many seem to be fearing for Floyd's health here. Canelo could outweigh Floyd by 40lbs and it won't make a damn bit of difference. The gulf in skill between these two is the major factor here. Canelo is many rungs below Mayweather. I'm sort of pulling for the Ghost to win next month, but I won't at all be surprised to see Mayweather put on a clinic. He's 36, but he looks motivated as hell to show he's still got it.

Its pretty obvious,When Broner was a lightweight people said Broner is picking on smaller guys, but Canelo comes in his 170`s but its all good with people. And Guerrero and Cunningham fought dirty against a black fighters but no big deal made out of it.But Mayweather hit Ortiz with a legal shot then people want to make a big deal out of it.Bradley comes in with his head people want to make a big deal out of it,Ward comes in with his head people want to make a big deal out of it.

I think Floyd will fight Canelo even though Canelo comes in as a light heavyweight but people will still try to discredit that.

Of course 4 years ago Canelo would be 18 years old. Sheesh, where do you *****s get your brains?

If Floyd did not even want a 20 yr old Canelo calling him out what more a 22 year old who just toyed with the best jr middleweight out there?

Floyd would never fight Canelo you *****s can now stop sweating your underwear.

I am praying that Mayweather fights this dude in September! Power alone will not cut it vs FLoyd. That and age are the only advantages Canelo has.

Pacquiao said how hard it was to fight at middleweight but Floyd says all work is easy work yet its not. we see different. reality is a bitcch!
They did release the fight weight which was said to be 152 for Floyd. I forgot what it was for Marquez, but I think it was a 5 pound difference. To say Floyd was 15 pounds more than Marquez would put Floyd at about 160. He's never weighed that much in his life for a fight.
