Fury did very well, he showed he can overcome adversity and utilize his strengths in a fight like vs Cunningham. He still has a lot of work to do in terms of polishing his craft and become a more complete fighter, but he made a great performance tonight. A fight vs Pulev will be a proper test for him. I think Pulev will beat Fury though, Pulev is a big guy himself and a BOXER, Fury will be in real trouble and I believe Pulev would stop Fury in all honesty. What are your thoughts on Fury after tonight, how far can he go? Regardless, I'd love to see Fury vs Wladimir, as it would be a great fight for Wlad.

I just watched this fight. With proper officiating, Fury should've been disqualified. I sort of liked Fury before this fight, and this isn't a case of me being butt hurt. That was absurd. The "knockout" alone was a foul, he landed a forearm strike, which spun Cunningham's head around, and followed it with the right. I didn't know that forearm-righthand was a legitimate boxing combo. That alone arguably deserved a DQ.

Sorry, but he looked like garbage. I had high hopes for Fury. But to me he's just a big slow HW like Cunningham said. I think Price and Haye could knock this guy out.
Let's be honest Cunningham was never going to win this fight. He was the the perfect opponent for Fury. He's small, has no punching power and a questionable chin. Yet despite this he was able to knock Fury down bad. It was no flash knockdown, it was a hard knockdown, and controlled most of fight until the end when he got stopped.
I think Fury's team is probably going to have to delay their Klitschko plans for the end of the year, because I can't see anyway they can be optimistic after a performance such as this.
