If he wins, his stock should've been blown up. I think he gets enough backers to get a May 5th slot.

GBP will negotiate something with Haymon/Showtime for a May 4th slot for Floyd.

September should be a good time for Canelo to come back, if he wins and don't get any serious injuries. Anything can happen in a fight...remember Ortiz vs Josesito?

In that case, definitely. I'd love to see him fight Maritosyan or Lara. If he can beat Lara, nothing else for him to do. I think Canelo would kick the snot out of Angulo, so not really trying to see that fight.

if he wins then he will be Mexican Independance day on his own. He doesnt need that date. Most likely he fights Cotto. All the Mexicans will watch anyways, even if its in October or November. That fight would be big if he beats Trout

Cotto is the definition of a big name fighter getting pay days left and right after his prime years. Gotta feel good for Cotto.

I know, but I was just thinking about fights where it would leave no doubts that Canelo is the 154 king.

I'll be surprised if he doesn't fight Cotto next. Canelo/Cotto on PPV, guaranteed.

                  Mexico vs. Puerto Rico.

but I'm saying they know they'll get the most views on that weekend, I wonder since Bradley and Marquez will go head to head against Alvarez like Chavez and alvarez did last year, golden boy vs toprank
