Vitali,Holyfield,Briggs,Morrison, (4 high profile ones) have been linked to steroids of some kind throughout their careers. 3 of the 4 have actually been caught. Holyfield was never caught and that's why he don't have a black mark. Also nobody talks about how Morrison was caught either or how Vitali was caught prior to Olympics or how Briggs was caught.... honestly.. I think the steroid issues is more talked about regarding the lower weights.
      His name was attached to a clinic who shipped PEDs to his house, that is similar to Mosley and Gamboa.

      Only difference is Mosley was caught in the one of the biggest Olympic scandal.

      Difference with Pacquiao and these three is that Pacquiao's name has never been associated with ANY laboratory/clinic.

      If Pacquiao is doing PEDs his name would be attached to a personal file somewhere monitoring his lab values and drugs that he's taking.

          Pacquiao made things worse with his excuses for avoiding random blood testing. Remember when he said, "I'm scared of needles," and that it will weaken him?
