Donaire has never been a big star a common misconception. This is good numbers for him no doubt

Yeah, if i'm not mistaken, his best was 1.3 and that was with Arce, then 1.2 with Montiel. He did 835k viewers with Nishioka. I don't remember Donaire-Mathebula/Vazquez Jr numbers being released, maybe some one like Phantom5 could get it. But if the #'s are not available that should tell you they were poor.

I know most of those belong to Donaire But Donaire never does numbers like that! Did we under estimate the knowledge of casual fans and their ability to apreciate a good match up? It Appears so and 12 fights being on a 1+ mil viewer fight lol not bad!

Smh that's not true. Donaires numbers aren't overwhelming but he usually pulls about 1 mil regularly

Those were mostly Donaire's viewers. What this turned out to be was an average Donaire night.

Real boxing fans know why Rigondeaux is worth watching, but to the viewing audience, he was just another small guy with 11 fights for donaire to beat up on.
