Pretty much agree with everyone else...

Even on the side of this Chisora is now one of Franks top fighters, why would you sacrifice that to be just another fighter in an already packed full of talent roster.

Wasn't there allegedly a rumour of fighters not getting paid? Not saying it is the case here but Hearn was pushing this line hard. Fighters need to get paid.
