Being totally knocked out and 'sleeping' is a damn rare thing, and honestly it's more to do with stars aligning than anything else.

Being knocked down 5 times shows you can't adapt, make the same mistakes and continue to pay the price for them. You can call me a fool all you want, and claim I'm trying to 'hype' Pacquaio up, but I'm not directly. I'm trying to explain that Marquez isn't as smart as people would think in the ring, and a lot of the time he's thinking he's also being hit in the face.

What do you think is more ability based (physical etc) and skillful; knocking a guy down in close to every fight you have (5 times total), or scoring a KO in the final fight which is only as dramatic is it is because Marquez power was intensifed by Pacquaio's lunge forward?

Knocking someone out cold is not something that to me shows skill, it honestly is so rare that it is a small % skill and a large % luck.

You can gloat all you want about him putting someone to sleep for 5 minutes, but when it truly comes down to it, he won't be able to probably do that to anyone else in his lifetime, so it's hardly skill based. Knocking someone down happens much more often, and I think shows more about skill than putting someone to sleep 1/100 fights.

I'd personally call you a fool for thinking putting someone out cold is better than showing you can consistently capitalize on someones mistakes resulting in multiple knockdowns. But whatever.
I totally disagree with that theory. It has nothing to do with the fighter throwing the punch on whether or not someone gets up. Its about the heart and chin of the fighter that got hit. Marquez had the heart and chin to get up from Manny's biggest shots. Manny lacked the same ability. Its that simple. And by your logic, the stars were aligned against Roy Jones, Jr when he got KO'd in back to back fights against Tarver and Johnson. He was 34 years old and considered p4p best at the time. It can happen to Roy but not Manny??? COME ON, MAN!!! The truth is, once you take a crushing blow on the chin like that at that point of your career, its over. Manny's chin and legs will never be the same. A Manny Pacquiao fan may not understand that, but a true fan of boxing will.

I'm sorry, you're trying to say Manny didn't get up because he didn't have the heart? LOL, heart doesn't help your brain when it shuts down your body haha. No amount of heart would save you from going out cold if your brain says so.

Judging from the fights, Manny has more heart and a better chin than Marquez btw. 5>2, is it not?

If you actually think Marquez scored that knockout without a HUGE amount of help from Manny lunging forward at the speed of light you're deluded immensely.

You got no proof his chin and legs won't be the same, so keep spouting it in hopes it will come true. (tip; he's been KO'd before) Also rememeber 'true boxing fans', as long as you have enough heart you'll never be out cold apparently =)))

Huge mistake. I like Marquez but he's high off his Pac win. Bradley is a very bad matchup for him. I don't even care for Bradley, but he decisions Marquez no doubt.

What's really embarrassing is when you knock a guy down 5 times and he still boxes your ears off in every other round and gets robbed.

                Cool fight though!

After Manny KO Alverado. The winner will be begging for Manny to fight.
Begging? hahahahahahahahaha who knocked out who dumbass!!! If anyone has been begging it's been pac and Arum!

Marquez could of retired after the last pac fight why does he need to beg in fact it benifits his legacy if he never fights pac again.

Pillow fisted non puncher who just took an asswhipping and a boxing lesson in his last 2 fights. How the *** is that a huge mistake? Marquez has a very good chance in this fight and i wouldn't be suprised to see him as 3-1 betting favorite.

Only way I can see Bradley winning this is if he tries to outthrow JMM, then move away. Even with that said, I see JMM eventually hurting him enough to win a decision. Unless of course, they're fighting in Bradley's hometown or something. In that case, a decision = Bradley wins.
