This is a joke of course. Why would I guy in his right mind, at the age of 40, turn down 10 million to fight for 1 million? Answer: Marquez would've been
checked out 14 ways to Sunday for pads before the 5th match with Pacquiao and he knows it. On top of that, he knows that, pads and all, he was being heaten to a pulp when he landed the lucky punch.

JMM is in my top 5 fave fighters but I want Bradley to win this one, JMM will be out of the sport soon and the win for Bradley would set him up for a Mayweather showdown or a number of big fights at 140-147.

These boxers can say whatever they like. I'm not believing that this fight is done until there are some signed contracts.

I hope its true. I am much more interested in Marquez vs. Bradley than either of them against Pacquiao again. But right now it still sounds a lot like negotiating through media.

i understand marquez's choice on the opponent. what i don't understand is the date.mayweather and canelo have strong fanbases and one or both may fight in vegas on that date. between HBO and SHOWTIME, one of the networks PPV numbers will bomb.
