Would Pacquiao have been more effective with Mayweather senior?

It depends how well he recovers from the vicious KO he received in sparring. Honestly, I don't think he'll ever be the same, Errol Spence took his soul!

He can go far as long as he stays at 135 for a few more years. If he makes the mistake to go up to 140, he will get beat. He can't beat seasoned guys like Peterson, Garcia, and Matthyyse. He can't beat Khan either. He needs to wait for those guys to move up or get worn out before he moves up. It will be 2 years before he is ready for those type of challenges.

Broner can go far and can be a fan favorite with his willingness to engage, but he gotta stop eating stripper puss*y... that and other immature behavior is gonna cut his career short. Broner might go down like Tyson.... he'll be defeated outside the ring before he's ever defeated inside the ring.

I heard he was knocked out recently in sparring. If that's true maybe his chin is not that good and that would hold him back alot. 140 and 147 both have some quick handed punchers and if he is going to get respect from the fans he has to fight some of them sooner or later. Broner's hand speed, timing, accuracy, and punching power all look very good. If his chin holds up he could be one of the best fighters around for years to come.

I think it's always a good idea for a fighter to compete at the lowest weight they can comfortably fight at. Old time fighters knew this and usually did not fight in weight classes they did not belong in. If Broner can stay at 135 and perform at his best I think he should stay there. It's better to be a very good lightweight than a pretty good jr. welterweight or an average welterweight. Of course he has already decided to go to 147 so it seems unlikely he would return to 135 if he beats Paulie.

As far as GBP takes him. It's up to careful matchmaking to make this kid look like an ATG.

Who cares about this clown. He clearly punked out on facing Miguel Vaquez. Broner ain't crap and is not willing to face the best. He could have a least fought Ponce de Leon a second time to shut the critics up. This dude is a gimmick for entertainment only. Like Floyd said he a Ho and when he can't make 'em money they'll throw him aside and bring in the next B.

They really need to keep him away from punchers, dude just got KO'd by a four fight fighter with 20oz gloves and head gear in sparring. Not a good look.
