Guerrero either has some real dirt on him that makes him feel really guilty about it or he's really that thankful that he won the Mayweather sweepstakes. Hahaha. Nah, but really this guy's family has been through a lot. I'm not religious myself, but I will not knock on someone else's religion and what they do. If they want to show it to the world, show it. I don't have to listen to it. If he needs religion to be a better person...let him do what he wants.

      that was ****ing hilarious.

I was wondering whether god is going to watch from heaven live, get a ringside seat, or does he have like the greatest TV ever and watch the fight?

WOuld god have to shell out $59.95 for HD? I cant imagine he'd stream it-that would be stealing.

Exactly. But you have to remember, Christianity says God does everything - that includes wars, bombings, plagues, aids to babies in Africa.. so beating Floyd Mayweather would be a small thing compared to that, right?

I am not religious but it seems to me God would not take sides in a boxing match or a football game or any other sporting event. I am wondering what, if anything, Guerrero will have to say if he loses. He did clearly say that God put him in the ring with Floyd to humble Floyd with a defeat. I think that is a ******, arrogant thing for Guerrero to say. If Guerrero loses as I am sure he will, does that mean God put Guerrero in the ring with Floyd to humble Guerrero? His talk about God making his wife cancer free seems silly. It does no harm to pray to God for help with problems but the fact is millions of people have beat cancer that don't believe in God and never said a prayer in their lives. Most religions don't approve of boxing because the fighters are trying to hurt each other. The point is God would have more important things that boxing to worry about and if he wanted Mayweather humbled I would think he could handle it without help from Guerrero. If there is a God I think he lets us live our own lives without interfering.

I'm tired of boxers bringing God into their matches. It's ridiculous.

Beware of those who publicly flaunt their religious fervor. Religion's a private thing, anyone advertising it is selling something.

You ever heard of spreading the gospel???

Not to the extreme of guys on TV, that seem fishy, but real day to day religious folk, that always praise God. Nothing wrong with that.
