NEW YORK — A win over Steve Cunningham theoretically would lead Tyson Fury one step closer to a shot at IBF heavyweight champion Wladimir Klitschko.

That’s not the brash British contender’s motivation, though. In fact, the huge heavyweight is convinced he won’t fight Wladimir Klitschko or WBC champion Vitali Klitschko before either brother retires from boxing.

“I don’t think they will fight me,” Fury, 24, said after a press conference Wednesday in Manhattan to promote his 12-round fight against Cunningham on Saturday in The Theater at Madison Square Garden. “Wladimir won’t fight me because he’s got nothing to gain. He’s got plenty of money. He’s earned millions and millions. He’s had a good career. What’s he going to gain? I don’t see a gain.” [Click Here To Read More]

Sounds like he's punched himself in the head too many times in sparring. I have no doubt that Wlad will fight him soon as long as Fury keeps winning.

Nobody is afraid of this clown. He talks, everyone gets dumber. Acting like he's some ***** out of Snatch. Go home Fury.

Fury isn't being honest. K-2 offered Fury the November fight before they approached Wach last year, and he turned it down.

I hope Cunningham gives this loudmouth jackass a boxing lesson on Saturday.

Fury can be funny sometimes but his comments about the Klitschkos are weak. Vitali may retire soon, but Wladimir will fight him and he'd beat him up too.

It sounds as if Fury is trying to convince Fury that he will never have to fight a Klitschko brother.

Fury would have been a fool to take it.

He's just selling the fight; nothing more.

                He'll lay out Cunningham.

Lets first see if you can go over Pulev.

I am sure Wlad will fight him if he beats Pulev. Wlad needs one more 'competitive fight' before he retries. Tyson seems to be the best option out there - if he beats Pulev.
