Did Rafel Just say Floyd wants to compete at 140?

I am watching the live stream of Media Day and Rafel from Mayweathers corner was speaking of floyd's weight and said something to the effect that Floyd wants to compete at 140. Could have been the accent. Did anyone else hear this?

There are guys cutting more weight then him already competing there. He might have to diet but its not impossible. He walks around at 150ish anyway.

What makes you think he'd be weight drained. He's already 148 lbs for the May 4th fight and that's in a couple weeks.
