NOTHING stops any fighter from being test years round, but only 1 fighter does it. At this point, "proving yourself clean" comes down to personal responsibility and only 1 person has taken that responsibility

it cost money to do this test, that's why it is voluntary, why should he pay for his test and get a needle in him and just let Pac go without? I believe if they both agreed maybe just maybe Top Rank would of put the money for it, remember they both want as much money as possible in this point of their careers so even if it is just a thousand or 2 it just adds up with all the other fees and % they pay along with the tax.
