    Montreal - InterBox, Lucian Bute, Jean Pascal and Groupe Yvon Michel (GYM) hereby confirm that antidoping tests are in place leading up to their fight scheduled on May 25 th at the Montreal Bell Centre. All parties have agreed on all procedures and both fighters have approved the antidoping program.

    The program is inspired by the highest standards in the industry and calls for unannounced testing for each boxer before, during and after the May 25th fight.

    At the request of the third parties involved in this effort, all procedures and intervening companies shall remain confidential. Both promoters, together with their respective boxers and team members, will not comment further on any aspect related to the program or procedures in place.

    stric ped testing = if one guy fails they fight anyway and wait for the "b" sample.

        I remember saying how this would be the norm within 10 years but I was wrong, now it's 4 years after Pacquiao reject random testing in the first round of negotiation for his fight with Mayweather and look how most boxers are now doing testing, in years to come it would be the norm and in 20 odd years people would ask why this was a big fuss and why any clean fighter would back off a multi million fight because he doesn't want to get tested.
