Woah, I totally forgot about Chavez Jr. Depending on who you asked, and what style they preferred, I think you can even bump Chavez Jr. to #1 best all around fighter.

Rigo, Ward is good but lacks power. Mayweather needs to challenge himself the way Rigo did against Donaire; he also lacks P4P power.
