I can see Broner eventually calling out Floyd because he's skeezy like that (I mean he ate out a nasty stripper with STDs), but Floyd will continue to duck and dodge all tough fights.

That would be up to Mayweather. He is bigger than a mandatory title defense and does as he pleases. If Broner was offered a Mayweather fight I think he would take it because he would make one hell of a lot of money win, lose or draw. I don't think Broner could beat all the other welterweights since he is only a lightweight. I don't think he could beat Thurman, Bradley, Alexander or Guerrero. Let's see how he does with Paulie. If he stops Paulie that would be a good win. Mayweather would beat him without much trouble if that fight did happen.
