Waking up at 5pm eating cereal in a pink speedo would be a good way to start preparing for his reign.

Jr might can beat Golovkin....I would bet on Jr if it get made...but Sergio damn near pitched a shutout against him...Sergio gave Jr that work big time...it wasn't by accident/fluke either....no need for a rematch imo...well at least not this year....maybe towards the end of next year...maybe Sergio will be slown down enough for Jr to catch up with him earlier this time

I've got Chavez Jr beating GGG if and when they fight. GGG won't be able to stop Jr. in 5 rounds, Golovkin will gas and Jr will either stop him late or outwork him to a UD.

What a great champion he is.I still consider El Dinero De Vaca very much to be the WBC and number one middleweight champion in the world. He caused more damaged within a single round than Martinez managed within an entire fight, and the fact that the fight was not stopped in that last round - shamefully robbing junior and the sport of boxing a truly wonderful and glorious moment of him replicating his father's famous victory over Meldrick Taylor - certainly has to rank up there among the most heinous and glaring examples of the corruption that has riddled the sport of boxing throughout it's history.

Martinez will never, ever step foot in the same ring as Chavez Jr again.El Dinero De Vaca took something away from Maravilla that can never be replaced: his soul.

Chavez vows to become the best fighter at 160-pounds and wants to beat both current WBC champion Sergio Martinez and WBA/IBO king Gennady Golovkin.

Chavez returns for the first time since losing a twelve round decision to Martinez last September in Las Vegas. After the match Chavez tested positive for marijuana and was handed a nine month suspension. Martinez faces Martin Murray on April 27th and Golovkin takes on Matthew Macklin on June 29th.

Chavez wants to face Martinez in a rematch at the end of the year, but WBC mandatory challenger Marco Antonio Rubio promises to prevent that match from taking place, because he says Martinez must face him next.

This kid is a super chump..you've been struggling to make 160 for about 4 years now but you refuse to move up. Why? Because he can balloon up to 180 on fight night and just put weight behind the punches and use his weight to tire out his opponents. This kid is a bum if he fought at the divisions he belongs in he'd go 0- ?? I guarantee it. Even the c-class fighters at 168 and 175 would kick his azz because they can take his power and hit back just as hard. I do hope he's ****** enough to rematch Sergio because it'll be the end of his professional career, they already know you have a weak eye socket..expect Martinez to finish the job he started. Oh and to the jock riders the kid had 45 seconds where he rocked a tired and exhausted fighter..he got his ishhh pushed in for 35 minutes and 15 seconds of that fight.

I dont understan how people think Julio will get TKO by anybody!
Didnt you guys see all the lether Martinez gave him and he never was really hurt?

Chavez may not be the best fighter out there however we must admitt that Jr has an Iron Jaw like his dad!

Now why are we hyping so much on this GGG guy? Who has he fought?
He has not fought Rubio, Duddley, Martinez. Lee. or a Manfredo?
                      Has he?

He has 2 names on his resume Rosado a Junior Middleweight, and Ishida a guy that got lucky with Kirkland and also was a juniro middle weight...
