Can't see why anybody would hate on Cotto as well.

Austin Trout is a guy who doesn't get a lot of hate up this point.
Trout's a good pick. Even a lot of Canelo fans respect the guy.

It's really hard to say anything bad about the guy, very skilled and a pretty low key/quiet guy. I'm a Canelo fan and can't find anything bad to say about him.

hahaha THIS^^^ Given that criteria I would say Froch and Martinez are pretty good examples. Although Martinez has been getting a lot of flak lately about not fighting GGG.

Yeah, he's been getting a surprising amount of respect given his opponent and the fan base.

Trout indeed is a solid pick.

Gotta go with Mayweather and Pacquiao. The fans of these two rivals hardly ever argue about anything.

That will change after Saturday. If he wins, we'll be told how Canelo was robbed, then be treated to the usual nationalistic/racist crap that the illiterates on here specialise in. If he loses, the people who dislike Canelo will tell us how Trout was really just another overhyped Al-Haymon bum etc.

Basically the criteria is very difficult to meet on here. Having said, I think Golovkin is currently boxingscene's Golden boy.

Nope. Trout's appeal and respect comes from starting from the bottom, and beating Cotto to gain a little recognition.

GGG's already starting to get a little hate for the hype, and HBO licking his sack.
