They are closer than what many may want to concede, but what separates Floyd from Rigo is he can fight without using his legs as much if necessary. He is comfortable on the inside. Rigo has still not really shown himself to be comfortable fighting on the inside. He hasn't really had to yet, but as he ages and with a guy who can pressure him enough to wear him down a bit, he will need to be comfortable fighting on the inside.

And honestly, his ability to counter so quickly makes it impossible for you to say he's bad on the inside, he just doesn't seem as comfortable there and has a good amount of room to improve.

this pretty much, floyd is more diverse whereas Rigo has that cuban amateur style which is very defensive oriented and heavily reliant on reflexes. you'll see a lot more movement in Rigo fights than in Floyd fights

Yes. Guillermo has a great 1-2 and footwork, but really that's where it stops. Floyd has better combinations, better jab, better blocking, better adaptability and is the FAR greater inside fighter.

What disappointed me was that Rigo hardly used any hooks or uppercuts once he landed the huge left behind the jab. He needs to work on that..
