Wlad wins, and probably by knockout. Byrd is slick, but Wlads style is perfect to destroy Byrd. Byrd also has no power that could effect Wlads questionable chin. It will be a steady diet of left jabs and right hands for Byrd.

I don't see Wlad winning by KO. Manny Steward wouldn't want to risk blowing Wlad's load against a fighter in Byrd who is still elusive.
