Rigo is actually funny. I am not sure if he is learning English, but it may help broaden his fan base. He basically jokes about how people thought he was only an amateur, yet now he is a HOF with only 12 professional bouts.

winning 2 gold medals 400 fights puts you in the hall of fame, unless hall of fame is only for pros

There was an interesting debate years ago at the history section about that issue. Some feel that the amateur background shouldn't impact the HOF selection, and only the professional. Some have great Amateur background than are not good professionals.
I personally do think it should play some part in the process. Hungarian boxer Laszlo Papp who won 3 gold medals did make it to the HOF after only 27 professional bouts. I think if Rigo ends with a 23-27 bouts and a few more title wins than he can make a case.
why does everyone just assume people were booing rigo? they could just as easily have been booing donaire. cuz for all the talk about rigo being boring in this fight (which i highly disagree with, i thought he was amazing), donaire did even less than rigo. the one knockdown he managed to get, he had to elbow rigo in the throat first.
