You can't rate a fighter based on one bout. All those guys are b-level fighters imo. Garcia, Peterson, Judah, Khan, etc. Matthysse may well be an a-level fighter but time will tell on that one.

As others have said, it would be a bad stylistic match-up for Floyd. Khan is fragile but Mayweather is no puncher. I don't think Floyd will fight a fighter faster than he is, but I'd like to be proven wrong.
