Great display by rigo.. purely dominated donaire. scorecards were a disgrace, donaire won 2 rounds at the most. this fight was exciting so for people saying rigo is boring, thats how he always fights! He was landing at will. Donaires excuse were lame also. Messed up shoulder and didnt "study" well enough.... yeah ok. Give rigo credit, last night was the start of his legacy being cemented. Bring on Mares.

I Was in the edge of my seat because from moment one everyone who knew even a little about boxing knew with what they where throwing when they decided to throw they could have knocked each other out any second. But Rigo earned Donaires respect early with he's power speed and skills i think he really shocked him for the first time ever he was in there with an animal like himself and Rigo was the More cunning deadlier beast last night.

He won me over last night. Over the last week I'd been gradually more convinced that he had a good chance of winning because he was so confident and last night he boxed beautifully. Anyone who appreciates the sweet science would have loved what he did last night. It was hardly Rios-Alvarado but it was a display of great technique and discipline. I think Rigo will go on to be the best Cuban professional.

I honestly think that Rigo's speed was the key to him winning last night. At times he actually made Donaire look slow - I'm not sure there's any other fighter in the world who could do that!
