Got Pacquiao, too much speed and volume of punches. Rigondeaux's boxing would make it interesting.

Just posted this in another thread but i think this is a horrible style match-up for Pac.

IMO Rigo early on would have turned all of Pacquiao's aggression against him with lateral footwork, hard counters, and good head movement. When that happens Rigo slows the rhythm down to his pace as Pac is more wary of coming forward because not only is he getting hit but he struggling to catch the other guy. Once the pace is slowed Rigo does what he does.

Pac had very quick footwork at 122lb but it wasnt necessarily good footwork, he left himself off balance and out of position a lot. If you dont have good enough reactions/ temperment to get out the way his shots will catch you and wear you down, but if you do (and i believe Rigo does) then Pac is in trouble as he is wide open to be tagged.

At this weight you always have to say there is a chance of a Pac ko, but the longer the fight goes and the more tentative he gets the chances get slimmer and slimmer.

Just my opinion obviously pretty much all speculation.

(also im a huge pac fan, i just recognize his flaws)

I think the Morales that beat Pac, or Barrera have a better chance vs Rigo than Pacquiao does as they have stronger fundamentals imo.

there's no Pac-Floyd fight coz The slick defensive fighter Floyd duck in all his might! Floyd knows he cant stop Pac's attacks!

Rigo-Pac will be like Pac-Ledwaba! Competitive for 2 rds then Pac dominates & Ko Rigo! Rigo's straight left stings! But Pac straight left Explodes on Impact!

That's what I was saying in the other Rigo vs. threads. Pac of 122 isn't the Pac of 147. You guys keep saying Pac was ducking Raheem for a reason? Why might that be???

But when it comes to Rigo, "Pac smashes him!"

              You flowtards amaze me.

I'm sorry but pacquaio never got potshotted. You have to outbrawl with pacquaio to beat him. Marquezand Morales went to war with him.

Barrera tried box PAC without brawling with him and lost big time

JMM boxed his ears off in the third fight. Bradley swept the championship rounds from Pac when he started boxing him similarly to JMM. Brawling with Pac gets you ****ed up. Boxing his ears off makes him look lost and confused.

He would even ran faster than he did with Donaire. It would be twice boring.
