LOL Donaire Sure put Rigo to Sleep!

The boxing geniuses on this site proved their great skills again by claiming that Rigo was going to be put to sleep. I told them i saw Narvaez go the distance with Donaire ringside, and they said Rigo has no chin and even threw Red K claiming i was a delusional American of Cuban blood. Yet they fail to realize that Donaire is a counter puncher and feeds off mistakes, Rigo makes no mistakes.

As for the fight it was dull, and i am glad that i didn't go, will enjoy the Wagner Ring Cycle at the Met instead.

it was pretty boring... but nonito should've changed gears... he needed to fight like ward hold-n-hit to neutralize Rigondo's speed of hand and feet.

I pretty much saw the fight going this way. I liked it, Donaire looked like the amateur in there. I don't know how people could have predicted a Donaire win, he had a punchers chance at best.. But Rigo doesn't open up too often for that.. I was hoping for more body shots from Rigo though.

That counter left in the 12th round was nasty.

Some fans need to re-study boxing all over again and stop picking fighters to win based on just on their knockouts.

Donaire had never faced a pure boxer like Rigo: A "mere amateur fighter" at that.

I like Donaire, and felt this was a 50/50 fight and Donaire's only chance would be to get that well timed shot... he just couldn't do it.
