It's a realistic possibility. Mares does seem too small for 26 so it's not out the question that he goes back down to 22 after the Ponce fight.

I would like to see this match up. I like both these fighters about the same good fight for the future though.

Would be an entertaining match-up. Think Leo takes it though, throws in too high of a volume for Mares (in my opinion).. not to mention the size and reach advantage, Mares would get hit way too much while going inside.
