Wlad most likely wins this one, but it will be a good fight. Wondering why, though, that it's a 75/25 split. Seems kinda lopsided to me. I mean geez, at least do a 65/35.

Povetkin will likely do exactly what every other Russian Heavyweight Champ has done.

He will lose. Then he will quit.

          Ibragimov. Lost. Quit.
          Valuev. Lost. Quit.

Povetkin? Honestly the guy conducts his career like he doesn't give a rat's ass so I really don't expect him to stick around after cashing out a few million bucks against Wlad.

Based on what? It's not entirely his fault he didn't fight Wlad yet.

This will be one of the easiest 'big' wins for Wlad. Povetkin is slow, overweight, has no HW power and is a midget compared to Wlad. He's getting destroyed in six rounds everybody knows it. Hope it's going to be a Fury/Wilder/helenius fight next, merely because of their size.

                You're underestimating Povetkin, he's a top fighter.

He deserves credit for his early wins,I take it you never saw Pov v Chambers ? Yet he deserves all the criticsm also,if he comes into the fight in shape he goes he distance,if not hes gone in 10-11 rounds.

Still, Wlad-Povetkin is a good fight, and people will finally get to see what Sasha is really made of.
If Sascha comes in,in shape he will give a good account of himself,on paper he's allowed himself to look exceptional,he deserves credit,he's taken bigger fights in the division bar anyone except Klitschko and always won.

This fight will add to Wladimir's legacy,I he beats Povetkin and beats one of Arreola or another top ranked contender this year I'll be ecstatic. If he fights a third time against a lesser undefeated opponent I will still be happy.hes closing in on ATG and definate hall of fame ranking and other records, that will define him possibly the best ever.

Haters hate, they're only trying to undermine Wlads victory before it has even take place,so what Povetkin is a slob, maybe he will shock a few when he comes in tremendous shape now he is under the tutialge of Tszyu.I don't see people calling him out.

Sweet. Hopefully this goes down. A good name on Wlads resume if he wins

Inb4 Olympic gold medals mean nothing in regards to a fighters talent/skill

                    ...

Inb4 Olympic gold medalists are elite/talented......... But not Heavyweight Olympic gold medalists

                      Yes.

Povetkin won about 12 Gold medals in international tournaments, including Olympic Gold in 2004. He's undefeated as a pro.

He seemed out of shape when he was working with Teddy Atlas, but now he's back to his best after a year with Kostya Tszyu.
