Benavidez or Gomez??

Who do you guys think out of the two will have the better pro career? And when do you guys think these two will start being showcased on hbo and showtime under cards. These guys have the skills but everything has been really quiet so far with them.

I think that Benavidez is better fighter and I think that Benavidez is going to have a better career beating better boxers, but I think that Gomez beat Benavidez because he have the style to beat him

Do u mean Frankie Gomez? If so...I just caught the last 5 rounds of his latest fight the other day and he looked like he was kinda struggling against Lane's style - I didn't think Frankie looked as vibrant as I've seen him, but he was still really aggressive. I thought he looked a little older in the face and I had to make sure that was really him.... but like I said it was midway thru the fight so maybe it was just that...I see that he's still only 21! Seems like he's been around longer than that

Yeah Frankie Gomez I remember top rank and Gbp were fighting for his services to sign him and I was never really impressed by his style but people are really high on him I think he's like 22. Time for him to start being showcased on undercards at least but haven't seen anything on him besides youtube

Gomez is good but I hear reports of him not taking boxing seriously & partying instead of training.

I dont like gomez, he cool but way too small benevidez on the other hand is tall strong and has skills although last fight I seen of him he almost got stopped, lesson learned he could have got that guy out there plenty of times but let him off the hook and that guy almost came back to stop him, a different ref and he would have been stopped.

It's Benavidez without a doubt. Gomez' last fight was horrible. He went life and death with some bum if I remember correctly.

I'd prefer Benavidez over Gomez. Benavidez started on fire, fresh out of the gate then he just became sub par and looked very bad in some fights. Plus with those hand problems aren't gonna help him at all.

Gomez on the other hand looked decent at the beginning but after hearing a boxing interview a year back with him saying he doesn't even like boxing and only boxes to pay his parents mortgage says a lot. He also been looking bad recently so ehhh.
