Other fighters have to readjust their timing, especially coming off of sparring, many of them are 10-17 pounds heavier in the ring.
hmm I guess that is the downside on shedding a lot of pounds for a fight, great point of view, never really thought of it that way,

Yeah I've had that theory for a really long time, this might actually be why Mayweather's accuracy is insane.

He looks more like 150 something....not as defined as he normally is for the weight.

Another thing I will say, all these guys try to bite Mayweather's style and do his moves, when the more applicable things would be work as hard as him and stay in shape like him and your chances of success will go way up.

Most guys want the easy road though and they see his tricks as an easy way to have some of his success~ but that really is a fruitless endeavor especially if done for that reason.

Agree. A lot of boxers are damn lazy during their off time. This leads to injuries, and working the weight off instead of spending a majority of the time working on their craft.

I know its turning into a big flom fest here, and I dont want to rain on anyones parade, but how can anyone here verify that this isnt just mind games and that the scales werent set a few pounds under zero before he stepped on them? Not saying he isnt looking in good shape, he always does, but how can anyone say with certainty that this isnt bs?

i agree with him when he says that he looks softer in this picture than he looks at a fight or weigh in. i don't think there's any arguing with that. he's a month away from being ready.

take this weight with a grain of salt, the same way you would with any other unofficial weights.

because his walk around weigh is 150 something, this isnt very hard to believe.
