Once William got warmed up he could eat plenty of big shots, lets not let one perfect Martinez punch change the legacy of the man. He could eat a punch as good as anyone in his prime.
Different fighters though. I believe Sergio would beat GGG, but I believe GGG would have better success against P-Will than Sergio in their 1st fight. Of course, this is a scenario in which the 2nd fight never happened, and we're just judging them off their 1st fight.

lol williams doesn't outboxes his opponents...he outpunches them. he got height and reach advatages but he doesn't even use it to box. he fights at close range throwing punches in bunches. with that style i would say ggg would've ko him.

Watch Williams/Margarito. He "outboxed" him. Which is why this is a hard fight to call. Paul COULD use his reach, and jab like he did against Margarito, but he MOST LIKELY would go back to throwing punches in bunches, recklessly, like you said, once he got caught with a nice shot from GGG. I think that's what would spell the end for P-Will.

Paul Williams is my all time favorite boxer but GGG would stop him at MW. At JMW, it would be interesting, but GGG would still beat him. At WW, PDUB woulda destroyed him LOL

Come on man, let's not pretend outboxing Margarito was the hard thing to do...

                  Williams-Margarito was a great fight.

I think Williams would get caught eventually, Golovkin's too heavy handed and he'd slow Williams down. Could easily see Paul taking rounds though. His activity level coupled with GGG's loose defence would see to that.

Lets not act like GGG is such a great boxer either. Deterring Margarito from mounting an offense in his prime was a hard thing to do. Lets not act like Margarito was some bum.
