Pacquiao would most likely win but Tszyu was a master of countering with that right hand and had great power, if Tszyu caught Pacquiao coming in i could see a very similar ending to the Pacquiao-Marquez 4 fight.

I guarantee, you would never say Pacquiao could get KO'd, if it weren't for the JMM fight. @ 140, his chin is too much for Tszyu.

Tszyu was one of the biggest punchers in the history of the 140 division, he could KO anyone at that weight.

KT had problems with pressure fighters. And while pac does put the heat on, he is more of a in and out guy. Tszyu was a master at timing guys and had a good jab as well.

But Pacquiao's been in wars with some of the ATG lightweight fighters. His reputation for having an iron chin should neutralize Tszyu's reputation for being a KO artist.

Pacquiao's movement, and hand speed would've given him trouble as well. I could see Pac getting KD, but I can also see Pacquiao just overwhelming him, and making him look physically inept in there.
