There is always one fight I have wanted to see again but none of the fans talk about it anymore.
You know Im a big Floyd fan and Ive always hated when people talk bad about his Castillo fights because Ive always said that Floyd was at a bad time then because of the switch of trainers. I said that he was trained his whole life by his dad who is a defensive guy and then switched to his uncle who is a offensive guy. It bothered him because you could tell that he was kind of scared to be a offensive guy. All his fights around that time werent impressive. It is so hard to do something one way your whole life and then switch.
If you look at his fights back then he was scared to fully commit to his uncles style. In the 1st Castillo fight he moved alot but in the 10th round he started to trade with him and would win the exchanges but you could tell he was scared and then would get out. He wasnt scared of Castillo but of himself and that style. Against guys like Sosa you could tell that he could easily KO him but he would be so scared to stay offensive and exchange with him despite him almost about to drop him everytime he did.
Then came the N'Dou fight when he let it all out for the 1st time and stayed offensive. It just took him some time to switch styles and be comfertable. You know he would still have the D because he trained for it so much but now he had the O and he liked it. Every fight since then he has sat down, traded, and walked guys down. All the experts were saying stuff like "I guess he figures this is the style he wants to use at 140". Thats not what it was. It just took him awhile to change to his uncles style. He 1st did it in the N'Dou fight so you know it had nothing to do with 140.
Thats why I have always told people that Castillo didnt really give him any problems, he was just at a bad state mentaly then and was trying to switch styles but was scared too. I guarantee you that with his New style he wouldve killed Castillo and he wouldve traded with him alot. He would sit down in the pocket with him and try to pick him apart.
Thats why I have always wanted Floyd to make this fight again, because alot of people and haters still think he lost the 1st fight and even though you win the 2nd one, it still never fully takes that 1st one away. However, if you beat him a 3rd time then no one will ever really talk about that 1st one again because you would then kind of put the whole thing to bed.
Thats why I want this fight. Floyd cant fight Zab now, Castillo cant fight Chico and cant make weight anymore, and Arum is the promoter for both of them. They should fight at 140. I bet anything that Floyd wont run like he did in those 2 fights and he will sit down and trade with him alot. Some of you might say that would be crazy for Floyd to do that because that is Castillo's game and no one is better, but no one is also better then Floyd at it. Its not all about power. Floyd has excellent defense and very quick hands. When hes in the pocket, he can see everything, block your shots and counter. Like I said, if you go back and watch the 10th round of the 1st fight when Floyd did this he was winning. Hes the only guy that can beat Castillo toe to toe.
This fight should be made and I think all the fans would love it and I think Floyd would never have to hear about that 1st fight again when he beats him convincingly. I actually think Floyd can stop him this time, because he will hit him alot

but doing it at 140 with the present circumstances really catched my attention... if floyd wants it though...
