if he cared that much to call, he should have cared enough to walk his butt to that room to just put a finality to that type of behavior. no one's going to get at you if you do, just respect you, and more than likely not even answer the door. it's like when i started living on my own back in the day, and stomping on the floors or ****ing on the ceiling when noise got out of control. you learn fast, if you're no idiot that people respond better with face to face interaction with your concerns.
