Rigo is a fawkin beast! Nonito can front all he wants but he knows this kid can go & will eat his got damn plate. Rigo can go! & Pedro Diaz is a monster coach. He made that kid get dizzy & then quickly reorient his awareness & coordination & throws quick combos & move....shows just how astute he is. Most likely that out of respect for Donaire's skill & ability & prepare rigo for the moment he may get hit w/ something...how to react.....that's some real next level pro **** right there....salute. I hope this bout lives up to the anticipation.

And here were people scoffing at the summersaults. I'm sure they're all world class trainers, too.

Rigondeaux will stop Donaire in under 8 in a fight of the year candidate.

I know this is just practice, but his mouth's wide open and he drops his guard when throwing hooks. He shouldn't be training like that before facing someone who has enough power to KO him with one counter left uppercut/hook or a straight right.

My coach was Cuban and also made me do these exercises when competing I guess that's why they don't seem silly to me.....like I knew people looked at the shadowboxing with the big MMA guy in the video and thought that was completely ****** yet that's how I was raised. The whole team would get together and shadow in front of each other for a couple of rounds and then spar. Made me question how many people actually fought and competed because most of these techniques are not just Cuban I've been around the NYC amateur scene and move with pros who need work with southpaws and I've damn near seen it all. People who mock these training techniques either don't fully comprehend them or simply have never competed in their life

The thing is, common sense would dictate that a world-class coach like Pedro Diaz might know a thing or two about how to train a boxer. But like Voltaire once said, "Common sense is not so common."

Rigo looks good, but, there seems to be loopholes on his right side that can be exploited by Donaire's left hook! I won't be surprise if Donaire wins by KO!
