There's nothing wrong with Guerrero as an opponent for Floyd.

He's in his prime and a top welterweight, and only slightly smaller than Floyd.

Better a prime welterweight than many of the shot/faded Floyd opponents of the past like Mitchell, Mosley and Cotto.

my dad is old and he says the fix is in. gurerro will beat floyd convincngly and the rematch will generate more money. the most money gurerro can make in two fights back to back. i don't agree with my dad but he is never wrong when he talks out of his mind. lol.

so Mosley was faded even after decapitating the baddest man in boxing in Margarito and after everyone demanded Floyd fight him after the JMM post fight interview?

no chance. Why would they do that? Makes no sense. If they wanna do that then it would be for someone like Canelo, not Guerrero

Ortiz whooped on Berto and was damaged goods when he got to guerrero and Lopez whopped on Ortiz who then was destroyed by Canelo If you see Guerrero's fights he leave his right hand below his chin and walks into punches which is a amazing setup for floyd's signature left hook.We are talking about a guy that fought on the same cards as Rocky Juarez,Juan Diaz even Danny Garcia not to talk down on them they are all Good fighters but compared to PBF they are on lower tier level except for maybe Garcia . Guerrero's chin may have carried him this far and he did take alot of punishment in the Berto fight getting hit flush but on 05/04 that chin will become glass I predict easy fight 8RD TKO advantage Floyd.Got to give props to mayweather's team he also has an amazing adviser in Al Haymon.Floyd is a business man and a good choice of a tuneup fight with a B class opponent..what are ya'll thoughts?
another guy penalyzing Floyd for being too good. Again, if the Ghost for literally anyone else from 135-147 everyone would be talking about how great a fight it is but for Floyd its a cherry pick. Floyd only comes into the ring at 150 pounds but no one on here considers anything a fair fight for Floyd unless its a huge guy at 154 or a MW fight. Alot of people were even sayign that the Sergio fight is a joke if its not at 160.

Stop judging him different than everyone else. Everyone wants to see JMM vs Bradley but let Floyd try to fight either and watch what everyone says. Let Ghost try to fight either and everyoen will love it but he cant fight Floyd. Let Ghost fight anyone at 140 and watch what everyone says. Ghost vs Pac? Huge fight but not Floyd.

Also, you severly underrate how good Ghost is and his resume

Making everyone eagerly anticipate your return, you are going to have to do something special, but only the biggest Floyd fanboy would say fighting Guerrero is going beyond the call of duty.
It's not that tough of a fight. But guererro is still a top 5 ww and in top 3 choices since Bradley and PAC are automatically out of the picture

Guerrero jumped two weight divisions and fought his way into consideration for a Floyd fight. It's not his fault that he is not as athletically gifted and skilled as Mayweather. Very few, if any fighters in the game today are. Just because he's not an ATG, HOF'er doesn't mean that he doesn't deserve or hasn't earned a shot.
