Trout is good at a couple of things. Chin isn't one of them

There were points during the Cotto fight where I felt his legs weren't steady when Miguel was landing head shots. And I don't consider Cotto a big puncher at 154. I think he's a good fighter and I was impressed with his poise during the Cotto fight but I can see him getting knocked down against Canelo. Saying that, Saul's chin is unproven too.

Alvarez was wobbled by Cotto's flabby bro.

The way Alvarez throws looping left shots is a liability

Yeah, that was worrying. But I can't remember him being hurt since. But then, the opposition has been woeful (for a champ and supposed boxing super-talent).

The great thing about this fight is that it's going to clear up a lot of things. It's gonna be a truth-check.

I think anyone can be tested. what's crucial is recovery and will.

I saw a video of that and it looked like Vanes really hurt him and Trout fought cautiously the rest of the fight. He seemed slow to recover from being hurt. I think Canelo can do the same thing with his two handed attack to the head and body in fast, accurate combinations. I think Canelo will knock him out. Canelo is a 5 to 2 betting favorite and I will bet 500 on Canelo but I think I'll get better odds just before the fight when the late bets on Trout come in. Canelo never fought anybody as good as Trout but Trout never fought anybody as good as Canelo. Canelo is ten years younger than Cotto. He is much bigger, stronger and faster and throws alot more punches than Cotto.

alvarez's long hooks will work well to set up his straight right in this fight
