In my opinion a British ATG! I know him a little bit personally having given him a war in sparring we went at it for 6 rounds and I earned his respect anyway so.. let me break his career down for you
Curtis was actually born Cedric Wesley Woodhouse he later changed his name after bullys racially him and years later curtis would show his hatred of bullys on twitter after an abuser made him suffer terrible flash backs.
At school he was an amazing athlete excelling in many sports (it is even rumoured he did the 100m sprint in Under 10 seconds) he took up football and became pro.
One day after a football match Curtis got angry about his own performance and punched a metal door leaving an imprint of his fist!! a man named Barry Sweet who happened to be a boxing trainer saw this and suggested Curtis take up boxing which he of course did realising he posessed amazing power in both fists.
In his first fight he beat Dean Marcantonio a fighter known for giving roberto duran fits in sparring back in the 80's ,and Curtis went on a 7 fight winning streak even making one fighter quit on his stool and another ***** blood!!
he only lost his first fight because he fought outside of England for the first time and went to Ireland where the IRA had put bombs under the judges seats to ensure Woodhouse lost to Jay Morris.Despite this set back Curtis went on to win the International Masters light-welterweight title beating Polish Legend and K0 artist Gojko after Jimmy Savilles nephew Steve Saville withdrew.Gojko was amazed by his skill and said afterward Woodhouse was a modern day Ali (sorry cant find a source the newspaper that reported it has closed their website and all the newspapers went up in a factory fire 1 day after)
Sadly Curtis being the Brave warrior he is fought on with an injury to his deltoids suffered while fighting of four masked robbers who had broken his house and lost 3 of his next 6 fights but eventually rising back to the top winning the English light-welterweight title on a majority decision.
To think his career if it started sooner he would be fighting at world level no doubt in my mind he has all the tools fast,powerful,charisma,bravery,great body(no ****!) sadly his prime was stolen by football but I dont think it will be long until we see Curtis on HBO dazzling the Americans WAR CURTIS WESLEY JEREMY WOODHOUSE!
