How cats on here want to claim Floyd ducked Manny yet Floyd was the only one out of the two ACTIVELY pursuing and trying to make it happen since 09. Even the day after Pac beat up on Cotto Floyd came right out and called dude out.

Also, People want to claim Manny agreed to testing and it was none issue. Well if it was a such a none issue, why did Manny refuse tests as recent as the last Marquez Fight?

And I want to add that Pac is is still being paired with in-house fighters. So you cats need to come to grips with the fact that if anyone should take more blame for the fight not happening its Manny not Floyd. If anyone was ducking its Manny.
