The press conference was held to announce the fight between former WBA flyweight champion Hernan “Tyson” Márquez (34-3-0, 25 KO’s) and Juan “Panterita” Esquer (29-11-2, 22 KO’s), scheduled for ten rounds at the Gimnasio del Estado in Hermosillo, Mexico. The card will be transmitted on Azteca América. Marquez is looking to get back in the mix after suffering a TKO defeat in last year's unification with current WBO/WBA champion Brian Viloria.
