The only way it becomes remotely interesting is if Floyd loses / gets KO'd. Other than that, there's really no point anymore.
Should the Floyd-Pacquiao fight still happen?

Someone explain to me how the fight is supposed to happen with Arum just saying that not one of his fighters will fight on any other channel besides HBO. PBF just signing a deal to fight on Showtime and no one knowing if its 100% true that PBF has an out clause in that deal with Showtime after just one fight.Comment

I no longer am interested after Pac looked ordinary against Bradley and Mosley. Getting put in a coma by JMM just lessened the appeal. If they fight popped off, I'd watch it, but I wouldn't be enthused.Comment

Not really no and it's a shame.
This fight should have happened years ago but for multiple reasons (both parties to blame) it hasn't happened.
Because of Pac's last two lossess and even his previous performances before that, the fight lost a lot of it's "heat". If I'm honest the only way I see the hype being brought back is if Pac goes and KO's/Dominates his next two opponents (one would have to be JMM I'd think or at least have two good wins).
The thing is though with Arum coming out on what he said a day or so ago, the network situation and ****, this fight won't happen.
Again the fans miss out and once again we'll have *****'s and *******s bashing each other and solely blaming the fighter they dislike without holding any context. Pretty much how they have for the last **** knows how many years.
Far as I'm concerned...**** Floyd....**** Pac...**** Arum & TR...**** GB. All to blame for the fans missing out on the biggest fight in who knows how many years.Comment

Depends how pacman looks for his next fight or two. I'm still interested in seeing it, even though I think if floyd toys with him for 12 rounds, people will say he fought marquez's leftovers and not get his credit. Hopefully they put the b.s aside and make it happen.Comment

Top Rank/GBP
HBO/Showtime
Haymon/Arum
Floyd will be 37 next year
Pacquiao will be 35 next year
Pacquiao just suffered a brutal KO
Pacquiao supposedly won't fight in the U.S. again
Arum has Rios/Bradley/Alvarado and whoever lined up after
Floyd has Devon/Canelo/Winner of the 140 pound tourney lined up after
This fight is the definition of irrelevant at this point. It's about Tyson/Lewis territory right now. A couple more years and it will be in Jones/Hopkins 2 territory.Comment
