hopkins/tito is a good one. but i'd go with mosley/dlh I. mosley jumped from lightweight and beat de la hoya, who was at his peak in that fight. similar to duran/leonard in some ways.

I was just going to mention this.

I'm a little surprised that this win is rarely discussed. Mosley jumped 2 weight classes Duran-style and convincingly beat an undefeated (except Tito robbery) 4-weight champ

Oscar vs Shane 1 in terms of special talents at their peak.

            B Hop vs Tito too.

Economically Floyd vs Oscar was huge and made Floyd the face of boxing today

Tito Vs Oscar should probably top the list but the fight played out badly... Otherwise that's probably number one. But I think that was in 99...... Id have to google. :|..

The 2000s saw some amazing fights between top p4p fighters clashing in their prime. Martinez-P Will come to mind. Though not as significant as Oscar-Shane but it was a rare treat.

Pac-JMM 4 only in terms of the highlight reel KO. It's not like a ton of people didnt feel like JMM had already won all the fights...

But to me its Shane-Oscar as the top fight. Thats some Duran ish...that would have been like Pac moving up two classes at once and fighting Floyd and then it turning into a GREAT fight.

Corrales vs. Castillo I. World Lightweight unification title bout with great action throughout and an unforgettable finish. It'll be a few decades at least before that fight will be topped IMO.

Corrales v Castillo 1 is the best fight of the century not the best win of the century.

The best win has to involve ATG bona fide legit hall of famers that are still relatively in good shape and standing in the game. It also has to be a great fight.

Those are the prerequisites for best win of the century.

The only candidates i can think of that meet those criteria are:

                Hopkins vs Trinidad
                Pacquiao vs Morales 1
                Pacquiao vs Marquez 4

Id go with Pacquiao vs Marquez 4 despite the ped talk surrounding marquez and memo.

If you ask FLO-MOs they'll say Mayweather v. Corrales (lol) or Mayweather v. Lightweight Marquez

If you ask me, I can't say I'm sure but the the following are easily among the best:

Hopkins v. Pascal: 46 year old Hopkins fighting for the lineal 175 championship (not a weak titleholder like Cloud)

Marquez V Pacquiao IV: Marquez upsets the odds and KO's the #2 P4P

                  Morales v. Pacquiao I

But if were talking about most historic it would have to be Bhop-Cloud or Pac-Margarito.
