Broner is the most overrated fighter I can remember. He has yet to even face anybody that good. Malignaggi won't be changing that either. It's insane to me that he is ranked in the top 5 p4p off of beating C+ level fighters who are tailor made for him. He doesn't even deserve to be on the list yet.
