A quiet floyd mayweather seems so scary

Considering this is Showtime's first PPV with Floyd, I have barely seen a damn thing promoting the fight. Some casuals I talk to didnt even know Floyd had a fight next month. During this whole 2 weeks of March Madness I've seen 1...count it...1 10 sec spot for Mayweather vs Guerrero on PPV. This month I assume they're going to push the envelope, but Mayweather vs Cotto was already in full gear with heavy promotion by this time.

Nobody at my job has any idea he's fighting and none of them have a clue who Guerrero is when I dropped his name. But who cares. Honestly, I think people order fights the day of the event if they find out about it regardless if they watched any marketing or hype show prior. It's just a matter if they know the fighters involved...

Most think Canelo is the proper fight for Floyd. Canelo is being given time to hone his skills a little more before he faces Floyd. Trout will be a tough test.

The Trout fight will determine if Canelo can hang at welter with the top dogs without getting too hurt.
