let me further add to my post that was his only significant Win in his career before last night true story
Well, let's go by your logic then. Garcia was getting his ears boxed off by Khan before getting the TKO. See how that works? Let's go further into triangle theories shall we? Alvarado stopped the guy who stopped Khan quicker than Danny Garcia did. Therefore Alvarado > Garcia.

When people talk Garcia all I hear is this overrated left hook of his. Once that's taken away what does he got? Come on, talk to me.

PS You took my original post a little too serious bud.

Finally someone with some sense. Most overrated power since Kendall Holt as well. Funny enough, he couldn't even drop Holt whose chin was already cracked.

I could see it going either way. Alvarado took some bombs yesterday and stayed up so I couldn't see him getting caught by Garcia unless he times him like he did to Khan.

          Not sure who wins lol

Alvarado is not really that good of a fighter, but he makes up for it with his strength, heart, and determination. Luckily for him, Garcia is also not that good of a fighter. I really don't see why people think that Garcia is a fighter that will go to war with you. He hasn't actually gone to war with anyone and he's just astoundingly limited (he only throws hooks and is stiff as hell). Also, his power is EXTREMELY overrated, he couldn't drop Kendall Holt (didn't even hurt him much either) and his only real knockouts are against glass jaw Khan and shot Morales. Quite possibly the absolute worst lineal title holder in boxing history.

That being said though, I'd give Garcia a 60-40 edge. As long as his chin holds up, he might just be able to outbox him or stop him late. If he gets in a war with Alvarado, I can see Mike stopping him.

Great fight. But IMO Alvarado is battle tested and has shown that he will go thru hell to get the win. Garcia really has not been taken into the deep waters.

I could see danny outboxing alvarado but if it turns into a war. I'd favor the more proven alvarado.
