Anyone else think the new HBO graphic set up is corny?

I liked the graphic set up when it was simple. Now it's just corny lol especially when Roy did his pre recorded keys to victory...it used to make boxing lool classic and epic. Wtf happened?

I was just thinking that watching the fight again. It's not that bad but I preferred the old one. Well get used to it I guess . It does look plain though, could've been much better IMO..

The old way was so much better, especially the intro. I don't want to see the ring being driven in the truck to the arena, I want to see a great montage of classic confrontations with the likes of Haggler, Hearns, Trinidad, Mayweather, Jones, Tyson, Holyfield etc. It's SUPPOSED to be about the sport, not the network patting itself on the back and drawing attention to itself saying "look at us".

Also is it just me or all the stats are really small now during the tales of the tape? I could barley read them.....

I dont like way the on screen graphics look, HBO needs to wrap an outline around them. Preferably a gold or dark color outline, I was even thinking a neon type of white would look good. Terrible graphics for a top of the line network. Looks like graphics from cheap Golden Boy produced PPV's.
