It would indeed be a dangerous night at work for Marquez against any elite fighter between 140-147. Just because Marquez is Pacman's daddy, that doesn't translate to everyone else. I'd give most of those guys at least a 40% chance of beating him.

Well than that's like saying Floyd has no business at 147 or 154 because he's smaller than just about anyone at those weights too.....

        Look What happened.
Marquez beats just about any of them unless he's gotten worse since his last fight.

Just comparing it to someone, TS, who would rip someone for saying the same thing about Floyd. Am I wrong???

For the record, I don't agree. Marquez is big enough to fight at 140 and 147, just like Floyd's big enough to fight at 147 and 154.

I also think someone like Sergio is big enough to fight at 168, wish he would go for it at that weight.

I don't know what TS would say about Floyd fighting at 147 or 154, (where he's been a champion multiple times) bro.

However I do believe Marquez can fight at 140 quicker than at 147. But with the top rank stable as dry as it is, and his decision to not retire, his options are small.

As for Martinez, I'd like to see him unify 160 before thinking 168. There are quite a few good fighters at 160 right now.

WTF??? Here, let me stroke you're ego a little bit,........... just cuz Floyd does it does't mean everybody can do it. Marquez is a lot older then Floyd too.

Marquez is about to turn 40, Floyd is 36. Both are getting up there. Marquez should fight Bradley next hopefully. Marquez is still good enough to beat anyone from 140-147 not named Floyd Mayweather.

All I'm saying is TS said this about Marquez, but would rip someone who said the same thing about Floyd in terms of 147 and 154, where everyone is bigger than him basically.

As far as strictly size, Marquez at 140 is like Floyd at 147. Same thing goes for Marquez at 147, where he is undersized and Floyd at 154. He's capable though.

I agree on Martinez, just wish he would stop wasting time on Martin Murray and pointless Chavez rematches. He should be thinking about Geale and Golovkin right now in my opinion.

i think Marquez fits in with these guys, i think he beats them both but very close fights couldnt be sure who really takes it, but im all in for them fight

but i think both Alvarado n Rios need to finish there trilogy or a no risk tune up fight cause they still in the same level right now, n shouldnt risk losing or getting hurt
