I like the idea of a later rematch. It will always be there whether these guys win or lose. I'd rather see them fight other guys because instead we get two good fights instead of one.

NEITHER one of these guys is in the top 7 at 140.

JMM, Bradley, Peterson, Broner (he'll be at 140 after Paulie), Garcia, Matthysse, Khan.

Both would be clear underdogs against any of these 7 guys.

JMM, Bradley and Broner arent at 140, so there goes your 7 down to 4.

I'm gonna be pissed if Rios gets like a Pacquiao or Marquez shot and Alvarado ends up fighting someone like Crawford or some bull****. Man that'll be ****ed up.

if both fighters fight somebody else after these 2 beatings. both may take losses and screw up the luster for the rubber match.marquez,crawford,pacquiao,bradley,and the russian all are very capable of beating rios and alvarado.rios and alvarado need some rest then do the rubber before something goes wrong.

i dont agree, i think the guys arent the same fighters anymore if they choose another way they can or are gona loose, n the trilogy wont be the same, right now they are still level n they should end the trilogy
